Nepal Gold climbs by Rs 1,000 a tola
Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association said gold price witnessed upward trend following the price increment in the international market.
Nepal gold prices continued it's northern journey and further soared by Rs. 1,000 per tola (11.644 gm) to Rs. 53,000 in the domestic market on Friday.

Similarly, the bullion market witnessed upward trend since the beginning of the trading day this week.
After the massive fall in the price - by Rs. 3,300 per tola on Monday and Rs. 3000 per tola on Tuesday last week - gold the price has been continuously increasing.
The price had increased by Rs. 500 per tola on Sunday, Rs. 300 on Monday, Rs. 200 on Tuesday and Rs. 500 on the following two days.
The price may regain its previous rate based on the increase in the international market, according to Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.
Analysts said Nepal's daily demand for gold hovers over 30 kg, but Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) is supplying only 15 kg a day through designated commercial banks.
